Release of IPython 5.8 and 6.5

Hi all, 

This week-end I released IPython 5.8 (for our Python 2 users) and 6.5.
Mostly bugfixes, you can read the what's new respectively here:
and

IPython 6.5 main reason is to fix some crash with autocompletion on Python 3.7. 

Both version should already available on Conda forge.
