A typical circuit might be: squat, overhead press, standing short period.Test Stack No 17 You would do these 3 exercises within a row, then rest for 60 the least bit. You would then do the three exercises again, rest and thus do them one additional. That's quick occasion. You can increase the amount of exercises, the complete system vertically length with the rest period, do 4 exercises as an alternative to 3, do 4 circuits instead of 3, other people. The possibilities are endless.
