Libidogene You want to keep your bicycling pace around 80 to 110 RPM. This will allow you to ride faster and farther, and with less knee strain and fatigue. Determine your RPM by counting how often your knee comes around in ten seconds, then simply multiple that number by 6. You should go for this RPM.
