[patch] Improve documentation for logging module; fix some comment typos

Anders Langworthy
Hi all.

Attached mercurial-augmented patch makes the docs for the logging module a bit
less terse.  Changes are only to comments and docstrings; no actual code is
changed.  While here also fix a typo in the session module.

Cheers,
Anders

Anybody?  Is this list the wrong place to submit patches?  I also now
notice there hasn't been a commit on bitbucket in nearly two months.
Should I be looking somewhere else for recent development?

Cheers,
Anders

No, you're fine. Pull requests on bitbucket are best. It's just that
development on CP runs in very long periods these days.

Thank you for the reply and the status update.  I'll admit I largely
stopped logging in to bitbucket when it morphed into a social network
and would prefer just emailing patches.

Cheers,
Anders.
