py-beginning-of-def-or-class really "or"

Andreas Röhler-2

intend to make

really "or", i.e. looking for each of them.

Doku says:

| Searches back for the closest preceding `def'.  If you
| supply a prefix arg, looks for a `class' instead.

Presently, reaching the must upward def, you must type
\C-u first, to reach the class.

Afterwards it will be sufficient to repeat the command,
while universal arg should be kept nonetheless.

Any objections/suggestions?
